ICB Properties, LLC was established by Dave Valdez in 2008 (parent company to ICB Commercial). He is a native of Texas, and acquired his Bachelor’s in finance from attending The University of Houston
Dave has been part of national and international power-house firms such as CB Richard-Ellis (formerly Coldwell Banker Commercial), Cushman & Wakefield, and Henry S. Miller Commercial prior to establishing ICB Commercial.
Dave has been exposed to commercial real estate since 1991. He is a licensed broker in the State of Texas.
